By purchasing any Rim Markable product or service, including Rim Protection Plans, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Service Description
Rim Markable provides mobile cosmetic wheel repair services and optional cosmetic protection plans. These plans cover minor cosmetic damage only and are not insurance.
2. Coverage
Protection plans cover:
Gutter rash
Scratches
Scuffs
Light cosmetic edge damage
They do not cover:
Bent or cracked rims
Structural damage
Tyre damage
Collision or accident damage
Theft or vandalism
Mechanical issues
3. Plan Duration
Coverage begins on the date of purchase and lasts for the stated period (30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months depending on the plan).
4. Repairs
Repairs must be booked through Rim Markable’s official booking system.
Missed appointments without notice may count as a used repair.
Severe damage may require additional charges or may be deemed non‑repairable.
Technicians reserve the right to decline repairs outside cosmetic scope.
5. Payments
All payments must be made at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in AUD.
